I'm Mariana, a psychotherapist at Tilia Therapy, where I work with clients who are navigating the deeper layers of identity, relationship, and change. My practice is rooted in a trauma-informed, relational approach that invites curiosity, gentleness, and depth.

I specialise in working with attachment templates—the early relational patterns that continue to shape how we connect to ourselves and others. My work often focuses on how these foundations intersect with womanhood, sexuality, and the complexities of moving through life’s developmental windows and transitions. Whether you're re-examining your sense of self, navigating a shift in relationship, or exploring previously unspoken aspects of your identity, therapy with me is a space where all parts of you are welcome.

Clients often come to me when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. I aim to support you in getting to know and relate to all your internal parts—not to get rid of anything, but to make space for understanding, integration, and movement. Together, we dig gently but honestly into what’s beneath the surface, trusting that awareness brings the possibility of change.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a qualified supervisor, and I bring a rich understanding of psychotherapeutic process to my role as a tutor at the Counselling and Psychotherapy Academy. I also guest lecture on the Heart and Mind Counselling Diploma.

At the core of my work is the belief that healing begins when we can meet ourselves fully—and that therapy can be a transformative space where clients find insight, regulation, and the freedom to live more authentically.
