SARAH WEBB BA (hons), PGDIP, MBACP(accred)
I'm Sarah, a psychotherapist at Tilia Therapy, where I offer a warm, empathic, and genuine space for clients to explore who they are, where they’ve been, and where they might be heading next. My approach is collaborative and dynamic—therapy with me is a shared process, shaped by openness, trust, and thoughtful attention to your unique experiences.

I work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges, and I hold particular interest and experience in working with:
-
neurodivergence, especially ADHD
-
anxiety and the often hidden ways it shapes our daily lives
-
life transitions that bring both uncertainty and possibility
-
loss and grief, in its many forms
-
identity exploration, including shifting roles, values, and self-understanding and those navigatingspiritual questions, deconstruction, and faith-based trauma.
-
exploration of relational patterns and attachment experiences

I aim to meet each client where they are, with warmth, respect, and curiosity—offering a therapeutic relationship that allows space for your story to unfold, and for change to gently emerge over time.
Alongside my work at Tilia, I also work within a community counselling service, which keeps me connected to diverse experiences and accessible care. I have previously worked as a counsellor at a pregnancy crisis centre, offering trauma-informed support to people facing complex emotional and relational challenges.
I believe therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself—where insight and support come together to help you move forward with more clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
